I see someone's underpants.

Actually I saw a LOT of people’s underpants.  Improv Everywhere stages the No Pants Subway Ride every year.  This was their tenth year and the event has spread to over 50 cities around the world.  Which is a lot of boxers and briefs.  The idea is simple, get on the Subway, take your pants off and continue riding the train.    Did mention is was thirty degrees with wind gust pushing fifty miles an hour?  Yeah.   The event is no longer much of a surprise, the media covers the hell out of it, but you still find a few people with their jaw dropped when they see it.
