Cherry Blossoms and Lamp Light

This one isn’t really a “keeper”, processed in Photomatix Pro the ghosting is terrible as the breeze was stirring the leaves and people were moving in the background.  I wanted to mix the light of the lamp with the softer light of the blossoms in front.    I post it because what I should do is head back after dark and set up off camera lighting to softly illuminate the blossoms while keeping the lamp in the darkness behind.  A challenging lighting set up, one that I am not sure I can pull off, adding to the difficulty working in a public park with a tripod, strobes and in the darkness might just take it from difficult to impossible for a solo photographer.
